Join us for our workshop and AGM with Tersia Harley (Cape Town) and Bronwyn Pieters (Mpumalanga) who will be sharing lesson plans and teaching experiences from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Our AGM will be held during the tea break, and we hope to get your feedback and ideas on how we can keep improving what we do as a society and as representatives of the Orff Schulwerk Approach.

The Orff Society is coming to Mpumalanga!
 
Orff music and movement education is a dynamic approach to teaching, well known in music education spheres. 
This workshop will be used to bring as many teachers together as possible to network, introduce you all to the Orff music teaching approach and to make a joyful noise while learning.
Teachers absolutely love the Orff approach and children react incredibly well to its use in class music.
The idea is to bring Orff into Mpumalanga, which will greatly benefit all the music teachers, foundation phase and pre-prep teachers who are required to teach music in the area.
The next phase will be to introduce more intensive Orff levels training courses in the near future.

Living Music and Dance JHB Workshop

Parking will be available inside the music department as well as in Dorset street. Security guards are provided.
